This week with run, jump, throw with Andy was amazing. But our focus was long jump, we learnt how to balance when we land. Also the best positions and the worst. We had a few practices at it, then we got into groups and had a little competition for the jump off.

This was such a fun lesson Cyrus. I realised after having a go myself that the skills Andy was teaching us made a big difference to the distances we got. Well done for listening carefully :)
